In the lunch hours you can savour sandwiches made with fresh bread from the local bakery – with fillings from our own luscious home baked Hams, free range Eggs, excellent Cheddars and other wonderful tastes. All our sandwiches are served with a a colourful salad garnish and a ‘pinch’ of Chips. If sandwiches aren’t to your taste we also do Cheesy Chips and our own recipe ‘Marmite Chips’…….. cooked to our own secret recipe! From our main menu we want you to enjoy good pub staples like fabulous Steak in Ale Pies, wonderful Grills and Steaks, excellent home made Curries, Chilli’s and Lasagne’s. Our Beer Battered Cod and Chips and Fish Pies with Cheesy topping reflect wonderfully the flavours of the sea so close to us. For dessert’s you can never be sure what scrumptious offerings will be available – it may be classic oat topped fruit Crumble, or Chef’s own Rice Pudding made with Cream – or maybe Chocolate Mousse………. but whatever we have on our blackboards, you can be assured that they will all be lovingly home-made.
